- By installing this app, you agree to this privacy policy and give an explicit and informed consent to the processing. If you do not agree, please do not install and use the app.

Flash Alert Pro is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data, call history, message content, or notification content to us or to any server. The information below describes what the app reads locally on your device, and only to operate its core flashlight-alert features.

- Call state (ringing / answered / ended): read momentarily to trigger and stop the flash alert during calls. We never record, store, or upload your call history, phone number, or caller details.
- Notification metadata: when you enable alerts for SMS or for apps you select, the app reads only the package name of the app that posted a notification (to check whether it matches your default messaging app or your selected apps). We never read, store, or transmit the text, sender, or content of your messages or notifications.
- Battery level: read locally to support the "turn off flash when battery is low" feature. This value stays on your device and is never transmitted.
- Camera/flash hardware state: used only to switch the torch on and off for the blinking alert. The app never captures, stores, or uploads photos, video, or camera data.

Flash Alert Pro requests the following Android permissions, each used solely to power the app's flashlight-alert functionality:

• Camera – turns the device's torch/flashlight on and off for alerts. The app never takes photos or records video.
• Read Phone State – detects when a call starts, is answered, or ends, so the flash alert can be triggered and stopped at the right time.
• Notification Access (granted separately from Android system settings) – lets the app detect when your default messaging app or an app you've selected posts a notification, purely to know when to flash. Message and notification content is never read, stored, or shared.
• Post Notifications – allows the app to show its own status notification (for example, when Flash Alerts is enabled or a call is active).
• Foreground Service / Foreground Service – Phone Call – keeps the call-monitoring alert service running reliably while a call is in progress.
• Manage Own Calls – supports the app's own call-related foreground service while a call is active; the app does not place, manage, or record calls on your behalf.
• Receive Boot Completed – lets the app automatically resume your alert settings after your device restarts.
• Wake Lock – briefly keeps the device awake so a scheduled or in-progress flash alert isn't interrupted.
• Internet / Access Network State / Access Wi-Fi State – used only for in-app features that require connectivity, such as opening the Play Store page or this Privacy Policy from within the app. The app does not use these permissions to transmit your personal data.
• Flashlight – a legacy permission some devices use to grant access to the flashlight hardware.

Flash Alert Pro is a paid app and does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or fraud-prevention SDK. We do not use any third-party service that collects or shares information used to identify you.

Please remember that when you submit information to a discussion group or some other public forum, the information submitted will be deemed public information and will not be considered confidential. As a general practice, we do not provide your personally identifiable information to third parties. So, for example, we do not sell your email address or your name and personal demographic information to mass marketers.

Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your device internal memory. This Service does not use these cookies explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use cookies to collection information and to improve their services.
